reading data from .txt file and copy it in array

The text file looks like:

0 0 0 131
1 0 0 135
2 0 0 139
3 0 0 143
4 0 0 147
5 0 0 151
6 0 0 155
7 0 0 159
8 0 0 163
9 0 0 167
10 0 0 171
11 0 0 175
12 0 0 179
13 0 0 183

What is the best/easiest way to copy it from the textfile into and array?
