ReactOS is an open source effort to develop a quality operating system that
is compatible with Windows NT applications and drivers.

Changes:
Overall improved stability and compatibility. An improved graphics
subsystem and porting from WINE allows new applications to run, e.g.
AbiWord and IrfranView.
