Re Yellow questionmark in network controller in device manager

Hi all
Appreciate advice on what this notation signifies and what (if anything),
needs to be done.

You are missing a installation of a driver for that component. If it is a
laptop/notebook, and you are connecting to the internet by a built in wi-fi
adapter , it should also have an Ethernet connector, for wired access. The
driver was not installed for that wired connection, it the PC/Notebook just had
its OS reinstalled. You can either installed that driver, you will need the
driver CD, or download the driver, from the PC/Notebook or hardware
Manufacturer's website. Or right click that item, and select Disable, if it is
not causing you any problems, your choice.
