Hi Jayesh,

"Users and Passwords" is not a .CPL file. A registry search using "Match whole
string only" for "Users and Passwords" reveals the following command-line parameters.
This command can be typed in the Start > Run box to open "Users and Passwords".

rundll32.exe %SystemRoot%\System32\netplwiz.dll,UsersRunDll

"Local Users and Groups" is not a .CPL file, it is a .MSC (saved MMC) named
C:\WINNT\system32\lusrmgr.msc

I do not know if it is possible to modify the dialog as you desire.
