Re installing Xp on a new computer

Hi guys,
some advice/help please. I built a new computer last year and installed
winXp SP2 on it. Last week the Motherboard, died, so I got a new one,
replaced the HDD with a SATA HDD drive, new DDR2 Memory and a new Dual core
chip. Can I still re install Win Xp on my new computer, or will there be
problems. Will I have to inform someone to be able to do it, do I need a
new code.

You should be able to install WinXP without too much problems. You may
have to call Microsoft to get a new Product Code.
