re installing windows xp

I recently uninstalled service pack 2 from my computer on the advice of tech
support from EM. Now my computer will not boot up at all. Is there a way for
me to reinstall everything,I do not have the windows xp cd. I have tried
using the restore cd from EM but nothing happens.

If you are unable to use your restore CD, the only other way to reinstall
everything is to go to the store, buy all the CDs and install them yourself.

I suggest you ask "EM" for help, instead.
