Re-installed OutLook 2007. Can't Open Forwarded Messages

Last week I re-installed Vista, MS Office 2007 Suite and a new antivirus
software. I can no longer open messages that are forwarded to me from
others. I do not get an error message, just click to open the forwarded
message and nothing happens. I am thinking that the problem is permissions
or trust related. Can you help me troubleshoot?

Still troubleshooting my problem. When I double click the forwarded message
I get nothing. When I single click the forwarded message I get an error
that says 'This file cannot be previewed because of an error with the
following previewer: Microsoft Office Outlook message and item previewer.
To open this file in its own program, double-click it.' When I do
double-click the message I get nothing. Please help.
