Re HPW5hei.hlp What is it?

I had a feeling it was associated with an HP printer, the software for which
I removed some time ago. Tried deleting all references to this file in the
Registry but to no avail. That pesky message still appears

do you have a HPWebReg file in your windows startup folder?

if so delete it
