This is not a Word newsgroup, this is an Access newsgroup for questions
about tables in an Access database.

But....

Open your document.
Select "Save As..."
Click the "Tools" drop-down in the upper right corner of the "Save As"
dialog box.
Select "Security Options"
Space out the passwords.
Click OK, then OK
