Telnet had IPV6 code in XPe. The Telnet Server tries to open a socket with
IPV6 address and if it fails it logs the eventlog you're seeing and tries
with IPV4 and will be successful.

This is not harmful. You can safely ignore the errors in the event viewer.

After first boot, I get under Event Viewer\Application this 2 errors:
