re-establishing a DDE connection?

i am trying to print labels from an excel doc. it is telling me it can't
re-establish a DDE connection. i have printed labels from this same doc.
before. can anyone help me??

In Excel, click on Tools | Options | General tab | uncheck the
"Ignore other applications" box | OK.
