Do you have this and other files in question in your XPe image. Check for
these files.
In TD "Administration Support Tools" will add localsec.dll file. You can
find components that contain other files.

There are dozens of them in my setupapi.log file. Do i really need these
dll
files that these errors refer to. What are these
errors and can i get rid of them. I've attached my setupapi.log file. Any
help would be most appreciated. Thanks

If your image functionality is not impaired without them then you do not
need them. If you want to remove all errors from setupapi.log then you will
have to examine registry and to figure out what components contain registry
entries that try to reference these files during the FBA install.
