RAS problem after Win2000 service pack 4 install

I installed service pack 4 on a PC with service pack 3.
After the install attempting to connect with RAS yield a
dialog box with an error message saying that the terminal
window could not be opened. I backed out SP4 and
everything is fine. Any ideas as to the problem with RAS
and SP4? Thanks

Can you check if disabling the "Show terminal window" options makes things
fine? Can you check if the issue is as indicated
