Quickzip which is located at http://www.quickzip.org/ can decompress
Rar, Zip, 7-Zip (*.7z). LHA (*.lha, *.lzh), Cab, Ace, et al. It can
also created zip files, 7-Zip files, LHA files, Cab files, et al.

Quickzip is freeware & it is now my #1 archiver.
