Random shut down

Hi !,
I'm running a computer with Windows XP sp2.
every once in a while it reboots without warning.
I get the blue screen of death.

IRQL-NOT-LESS-OR-EQUAL

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

AMD 2000
1gig ram

I checked out the BIOS and found some errors. I don't know haw it happened
but it's ok now.
