Random reboots

My Problem...

My computer randomly reboots. When I get back to my
desktop I get the "windows has recovered froma serious
error". And event viewer yields this:
Catagory (102), event ID 1003
Error code 00000050, parameter1 d9293b60, parameter2
00000000, parameter3 804f8db2, parameter4 00000000.

I did A google search and couldn't really find out much,

I did find this --> http://eventid.net/display.asp?
eventid=1003&source=system
However to get more info I have to subscribe. Bleh.

I got a suggestion to monitor my cpu temp so I installed
the monitoring software that came with my MOBO. It's at
it's default settings, CPU is runnin at 50c and no alarm,
however i am getting a voltage alarm and am not sure what
to do about it.

the warning box keeps popping on and off, scrolling up and
down on IE causes it to spike up some
the problem is with the -12v the alarm is set to go off if
it gets under 13.09. right now its at 13.01 with me
typing. Could this be causing hte random reboots? Is it
supposed to be at 13.01? If not what is causing it to be
abnormal? Heres a screenshot

Go to my Stop Messages page here, and click on "50" in the menu at left:
http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm

This is a very common (very general) kind of error condition in Win XP, so
it may represent a variety of different things, often hardware related (as
some of the other suggestions you received hinted). Quite commonly,
defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or
incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software)
might cause this Stop message. See the various articles linked off that
section to try to narrow it more specifically to your situation. The
spontaneous reboots, as well, are likely hardware-caused -- either from
overheating, damaged RAM, or a bad motherboard or similar component. In your
case, the error occurred while Windows was trying to do a Read operation
from memory at address d9293b60.

That seems hot to me. I checked two machines here, and they're running in
the high 30s.

This could be a faulty power supply - which also can be a cause of
spontaneous reboots.
