Random paragraphs

I need to insert random paragraphs into documents. In Word 2003 it was a
(rand ) command. I can't seem to make it work in Word 2007.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction.

Typing

=rand()

in an empty paragraph and then pressing the Enter key works in
all versions of Word.

Typing

=lorem()

in an empty paragraph and then pressing the Enter key works in
Word 2007.
