Rainbow sherbert colors on LCD Screen?

After booting up in safe mode and running normal for 5 to 10 minutes,
sometimes longer. Win XP an Presario laptop LCD goes sychodelic with rainbow
pastel colors, and distorts pictures in same way. Is my LCD dying or could
it be 'driver card'? Can I download a fix? Thanks

Try updating the video card driver. HTH
