Radeon X1300 process? CLI.exe and Mace.exe

After installing VisionTek Radeon X1300 i have this new process

ati2evxx.exe
ati2evxx.exe
New: CLI.exe
New: CLI.exe
New: Mace.exe

Is this process normal for this radeon X1300 graphic card series? the weird
thing is that i don't see those new process on Limited Acount at all.


I Also notice lines with various colors during boot up or before log-in
screen and I notice that my shutdown has dramatically change it takes a while
to shutdown window now is low memory causing this to happen. Any suggestion
as to how to fix anoying issues?
