RA- Access Disabled

Whenever I try to Offer Remote Assistance to a user, I
get a message on my end (expert side) saying "(Remote
Assistance -- Web Page Dialog) Access to the requested
resource has been disabled by your administrator"

I have setup a Group Policy on my Win 2003 domin with
Solicited remote assistance and Offer Remote Assistance
enabled, and chosen my domain\username as a helper. I've
read Articles 308013 & 301527 and tried everything they
said with no luck. Both PC's are running Win XP Pro/SP1.
What am I doing wrong?
Any Help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Jason, wanted to let you know that your not the only one with thi
problem. If I figure this out I will post it here. I've bee
searching everywhere for answer to this problem. I also have Window
2003 server on Windows XP workstations
