Quitting access...

Ok, I have an application that has a close button. Sometimes when this
buttion is clicked, it exits the entire Access app. Other times it simply
returns the user to the database window!

I am using the "docmd.close" command and tried issuing a "quit" as well -
neither do the trick. Is there a command I can issue that will ALWAYS exit
access completely?

Thanks, Brad

tried both - neither worked - they just close the app but leave me at the
database window...

Wierd.

Got it... I didn't have the code placed in the forms "on close" event. I
assumed that issuing the command application.quit whereever in code etc...
would do just that - but I guess this is required to be placed in the "on
close" event for the form!

Thanks!
Brad
