quicken installation problem!! HELP PLEASE!

Ive installed quicken home and business 2004 on my computer, (running windows xp pro) and after installation is done I get message saying some program files, not data files may be corrupt or damaged, to uninstall and reinstall quicken again. I have done that numerous times but keep getting that message. I dont have a clue what program files they are talking about, within quicken or on my hard drive? Can anyone tell me how to get this program working and fix whatever theyre talking about? Thank you!
