Hi - have you tried checking with Quickbooks support to see what the
prerequisites are?
Also - please don't type in all caps - it's very hard to read and is
considered "shouting"
Known problem - check with quickbooks too see if they have a fix for it. If
they do, please post back so we know what it is.
