Quick Access Toolbar

Hi all!

I'm using Excel 2007, SP2. When I add macros to the QAT the buttons are
there and work fine. I add the buttons for this particular workbook as
opposed to all documents as the macro code is in a module in this workbook.
However, if I save and then close the workbook and re-open it, the buttons
on the QAT are gone. I have to re-add them every time I open the workbook.
Has anyone encountered this problem?
