I gave up on trying to do the upgrade from XP MCE to Vista Home Premium with
the download from Windows Marketplace. I returned that, went out and picked
up the retail version at Best Buy, and am going to do a clean install. I am
removing everything but my video card, mouse, keyboard, and monitor, and
uninstalling Norton 360 before I do the install. Question though, I know I
should probably update my ATI driver before I go ahead, but what other
drivers should I update beforehand? Thanks all.

if you are doing a "clean" install will you not be formatting the drive and
as such no need to preinstall drivers.....................................
But after the Vista install.......you should install your Vista Mobo
drivers/video drivers/sound drivers/etc etc.
And dont forget if you have SATA drives to have the SATA drivers handy
during the install.
