Question on Windows XP maintenance

I used to have a maintence feature listed under "tools" on our Windows
ME that allowed me to defragment the disc drive and do some other
maintenance functions that I don't recall now. I can't figure out how
to do this with XP home edition. The computer is a Dell Dimension
E310. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance for all replies.

Another maintenance tool is Windows XP's Disk Cleanup which should be run
periodically.
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / Disk Cleanup
