Question marks print instead of bullet (25BA Unicode)

When printing a presentation in PP2003, the bullet number (25BA in the
Unicode) prints out as question marks, but when viewed in print preview it is
correct. We just installed a new PC for one of the partners and she was
having this problem before, and I had hoped that once the new PC was
installed that would solve the problem. But, it didn't. Everyone in the
office (only 4 people) are using Office Professional 2003 but 2 people have
this problem and 2 of us don't. We all use the same printer which is
installed on the network, so the printer is not the problem obviously since
it prints correctly for 2 of us. I have also tried printing from the same
printer driver, however it being loaded directly to the individual PC hard
drive and selecting that printer as the active printer at that moment, but
that didn't work either. '

Does ANYONE have any idea what can be causing this problem? I have compared
my printer settings (which print correctly) to those on this PC and they are
the same. I need HELP! I did receive a response from TAJ Simmons earlier
this morning and did as he suggested but that didn't work.

Thanks,

DP

A shot in the dark ... open the presentation on one of the problem PCs then
choose Format, Replace Fonts. Look at the list of fonts in the *upper* of the
two list boxes. Do any of the problem fonts have anything but a full size TT
icon next to them?

I did as you suggested, and it shows "Tahoma" with TT font in the upper list
box. I even told it to change the font to MS Unicode and it STILL printed
with question marks.

Just Tahoma, no other fonts, even when you drop the list box down?
If it used some other font for the bullets, that font would also appear in this
list.

I even told it to change the font to MS Unicode and it STILL printed
