question for all u modders

I'd like to cover the PSU's black, red and yellow wires as the rest of my
computer is blue but have these PSU wires that spoil the look. Which gives
the better look and is easy to fit spiral wrap, heat shrink or braiding? I
can get all three in blue but don't know which to use.

Thanks.

Spiral wrap is easiest, and also easiest to reuse someday if the desire
arises. It looks the worst.

Braiding "can" look best, but is most difficult (depending on the type
that can vary). It used to be most expensive but so many modders have
dropped the prices somewhat.

Heat shrink is the most compact, definitely not reusable, slightly easier
than braiding but a lot harder than spiral wrap. It is best done with a
heat gun or hairdryer you an reduce air on while keeping heat setting on
high. A lighter or store burner may result in burn, smoke marks, or
partilally melted regions, in other words less professional looking.

If you WANT to see the blue wires, consider braiding. If you want them
less noticable (a little thinner and less shiney), heat-shrink 'em.

I'm not a modder as such but I have done more equipment wiring than most.
Have you considered using split loom? It is probably the easiest material
you could use to cover your wiring "tracks". It is available in all many
sizes. Take a look at
