Question about Virus/Spyware on computer

Hello,

I'm hopping someone can give me some info on a virus/Spyware I saw last
night. The file resides in the windows\system32 directory. The name of
the file is =2o "Equals Squared oh". It spawns a ton of processes and
as fast as you can kill them off it comes back. I found it in the Run
folder of the local machine, and in the Run folder of the current user.

I found if I renamed the file that the tasks would quit, which tells me
there's some other process or such that is launching that file. Does
anyone have any idea what it is? I have done googles searches and I am
unable to find any info about it.

The system is running on XP SP2.

Thanks,

M. Prindle

Did you run Spybot or AdAware?? How did you find this?? Did your antivirus
react? More info, please.
