Will the Next Microsoft Antispyware Beta 2 work on
limited Account?

beta 1 seem to work on limited account but i don't know
if its protecting me at all. people say it doesn't
protect you at all because you have to have administrator
account to use it. is this true?

I can't speak for other people, but on MY computer with 2
limited accounts and one administrator-account(mine), the
Beta version 1, and now 2, work perfectly. Okay, scheduled
scans run two days earlier, bug, and scheduling between
12.00 - 13.00 becoms 111 hours, bug, BUT ALL of the agents
work, the system-explorer works PERFECTLY , whenever a
program wants to alter the registry, a message pops up
(f.i. RED when not known, GREEN when a Microsoft
application). All in all, a GREAT program! Jan vd eeden.

The beta 1 release is a bit iffy on certain computers, Scheduled Scans works
on mine and it does not work on some. But features such as limited account
use and Scheduled scans such be fixed by the next beta, lets hope!

Hi JP,
Just to be clear, the current release is still Beta1. A newer version to be
sure, but still B1.
Glad you are enjoying it!

Oops, sorry, indeed Beta1, but I love it, as do a few of
my friends in the Netherlands!
