I attempted to install the above patch (q828750.exe). It
will not install and gives me the following
message: ...requires Internet Explorer 6.0 to be
installed. I have IE 6.0 installed with the following
patches. SP1, Q324929, Q818529, Q330994 (perhaps others).
Any ideas on how to install this?

This is a standard error message you will receive when you are trying to
install a patch with the wrong file version.

From the patches you show listed below, it appears you have IE6.0 SP1
installed. You can get it here:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/A/B/B/ABB44141-F5D9-4BCA-B85C-9CDBEE344F14/q828750.exe

You can also go to http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp and
it should point you to the correct version of this patch to install.
