Hello everybody!
I am triying since several days to search to repair the following problem:
- W2K starts normally but freezes in the first graphical windows (Windows 2000, NT Technology, progress bar about 3/4) without a
message!
- I once forget the original CD in the CD-ROM drive and discovered that W2K mount normally if I let the original W2K CD in the
CD-ROM drive!
I tried a lot of things without results: the last thing I tried is fixboot and fixmbr from the recovery console but this did not
solve the problem!
The problem happend 1-2 days after I installed W2K on this PC.
I made a search in this NG but I could not find the solution.
What should I do?
