Hi,

I have one question ..
Is .NET Framework SDK 2.0 command-line tools (compilers, etc) free for
commercial usage? I have to create a simple .dll with C#, but don't
know are there some issues regarding SDK legal usage. I couln'd find
any documents regarding this issue.

Yes, everything is free here. You only have to pay for the IDE (Visual
Studio), or you can use a free .NET IDE, called SharpDevelop
(http://www.icsharpcode.com/OpenSource/SD/).
