Putting Photoes on the Web-Site

Hi:
I want to put one of photoes on my Hobby-web site which has
a lot of photoes. However, there is a limitation, not more than
300KB with jpg. For that, I made my photo small, 24 x 320 screen
by accessing, My Document < Photo < click, intended photo < and
then 'resized' in order to upload my photo on my Hobby web-site.

I got, ... 'successfully loaded photo,' ... after having finished a photo,
as attachment.

My concern is whether the photo I made smaller getting larger when
someone clicks on that photo. Because, every photoes get larger,
full-screen size upon clicking every small-sized photoes on my Hobby
web-site.
