folder?

If you want to use the .WAV as your startup sound, you could use Control
Panel> Sounds and Audio Devices> Sounds> Program Events. In the Windows
section, click on Start Windows. The section below that will become active.
Use the Browse button to navigate to the desired .WAV and select it. Click
OK.

If you still prefer to place this item your startup folder, locate the WAV
file. Right click on it and select Send To> Desktop as a shortcut. Drag and
drop the shortcut into the Startup folder.

You can use Windows Explorer to get the shortcut to the Startup folder or
you could use the start menu. To drag and drop to the start menu: "Grab"
the newly created shortcut on the desktop with your mouse and drag it over
the start button. Wait for the menu to popup. Move the mouse over to
Programs. Wait for that to pop up. Move mouse down to Startup and release
the mouse button to drop the shortcut into it.

You know your computer.I dragged MUSICMATCH and a WAV
FILE into the start folder. And it "AUTO PLAYED".
Now if I can find a way to put a full length "SONG",3 to 5 minutes,in the
"PROGRAM EVENTS" list and play it at the start of the "DESKTOP"
screen.aka.(BOOTUP)
