Publishing Web Files Error - Help!

My FrontPage program used to publish files just fine, but now it keeps giving
me the error message "Cannot create folder "_vti_cnf". Can someone tell me
what this means and how to fix it? I am new to web design, so layman's terms
are most appreciated.

Contact your web host regarding this error and ask them to run server health check
