PUBLISHING ISSUES

Everything well until today, attempted to update website early a.m. Following
series of error messages: INSUFFICIENT DISK SPACE (212MB usage of 35GB Server
side, , WINDOWS SHARE POINT SERVICES NOT INSTALLED (checked host acct - front
page extensions ON), SERVER ERROR <ROOT WEB > IS BUSY, UNABLE TO OPEN, also:
Possibly 1. WEB SERVER may NOT HAVE FP SERVER EXTENSIONS INSTALLED - (It does
and always has, never an issue)
2. WEB SERVER OUT OF SERVICE, 3 PROXY ISSUE, (NO PROXY HERE) 4 ERROR AT WEB
SERVER, CANNOT CONNECT TO SERVER, presently SERVER ERROR <ROOT WEB > IS BUSY.
The ISP support out of India says :"able to publish pages for the domain
‘worldmotorcycling.com’ and we did not get any error while publishing the
page using FrontPage" Saw their link "HELLO WORLD". This happens on both my
desk and note, both wireless 6mbps DSL. Network is solvent, Norton disabled
on desk, no firewall on the note, unable to connect. What's going on here?
Have critical updates to publish. MVP help greatly appreciated. Let's talk.

Did your domain get hijacked? http://www.worldmotorcycling.com/ looks like
a link referral page - and does not have Frontpage extensions installed
either.

Hi Rob, Thanks for your reply. That's my spider page and it does link over to
my cover page. I'm not able to replicate any other link page after clearing
browser and rebooting. What are you seeing? How are you able to determine no
fp extensions installed? What do I need to do here to connect to server? Thx
for you help. Rich

Hey Rob, Still unable to publish - same multi-number error as above: I have
1. reinstalled fp extensions at host, 2. changed index file to eliminate the
spider page in case the web crawler is punishing me. Host says they can
publish ok 'Hello World' viewed earlier. I can see site per normal - ie7:
file, open shows previous home page which you may have thought was a hijack,
it's not ie7: file, open web page still shows spider page because I can't
update. Yesterday during publising I got error 'cp or cps file cannot be
closed' message and shortly later no pub connect. Got ideas for resolution?
