Publishing Front Page 2003 errors

I am trying to publish a Front Page 2003 created web site. I am geting warning messages that the 2003 server extensions are not present. My host has 2002 server extensions installed. Can i publish anyway? What is lost in site design/features? Thanks to anyone who has answers!

There are no FP2003 extensions.
