Publishing customised form

Outlook 2002 - is there a reg entry that can be pushed out
to publish a customised form for a public folder? We need
200 or so PC's updated to use the new form as its default
published form. The form is has lots of code behind it
and cannot be used as a 'one-off'

Thanks

You can set the default form for a public folder on the Properties dialog for the folder.

Thanks Sue but from what I can see this changes it for
individual PC's not a network. Should this be done on
the exchange server?

The default form for a public folder applies to all users. A public folder is, by definition, on the Exchange server

Are you thinking perhaps of something other than a public folder default, despite what your original message said?

Hi Sue

the folder is listed in outlook under Public folders/All
Public folders. On the machine I am on the form is
published as the default form for this folder. When I
move to another machine and log in as the same user (who
has owner permission level to the folder) I do not see
the published form at all.

Where is the form itself published? To the public folder? Check the Actions menu.
