Publish website from remote website to computer

Using FP, I am able to publish one of my websites to my
computer but not the other which is on the same service
provider. One asks for my userename/password, the other
says "not available, may require username/password".
What's needed to access the second one
(http://dcartworksltd.com)

1. The site must have the FP extensions installed.
2. You must then open it directly in FP, via http://www.dcartworksltd.com
3. If you login info is rejected, then contact your host to check
permissions.
