Publish troubles

Hi,

We use FrontPage for a lot of websites. We all work on them from various
countries and locations.
We needed a website translating into another language so the translator in
Germany re-loaded her copy of Fp 2000 onto her new pc running under Vista.
We gave her the username and password so that she could open the remote web
and publish it back to her machine in order to work on it. We all do this
all the time.
However she gets a message saying that these files are not available to her
and may be password protected and she is denied access.
What should she / we do so that she can open this web please ?
Thanks
David.

have her try it with both the http://www. and http:// (without the www.).
I've seen webs on non-windows machines behave like this.
