Public folder sharing outside of organization

I have public Folders that contain calendars for booking conference rooms. I
want to grant a user from a different company and different exchange
organization rights to edit those public folders. Can this be done
considering this user does not have an account or mailbox on my
domain/exchange ??

Not securely... This is where the "Anonymous" perms come in. It also
involves some
diddling around with configuration for access.

You need to ask this question in the Exchange group.
