Public Folder Calendaring Color Categories

One of my clients upgraded to Office 2007 from Office 2003. They used their
Public Folders in Exchange for their Calendaring and used Color Categories.
They would all see the same color for each Calendar Item. Is that feature not
available in Outlook 2007? They still have Exchange 2003.

color categories are new in outlook 2007. They used colored labels in 2003.
Colors for categories are editable by users, labels were identical for
everyone so the colors remained the same from any mailbox.
