pst files copied to CD

After copying pst files to CD, upon using File-Open Other
Data File, get error "File access is denied. You do not
have the permission required to access the file." I even
tried assigning permissions to the file before copying
and still get the error. How can my user access their
saved pst files from CD?

Hi There,

Try copying the file from the CD to a hard drive...and be sure to change the
properties of the file from READ-ONLY to allow read/write access to the
file.
