.pst file to windows mail

I have all my e-mails in a .pst-file im my old computer with outlook
express. how can I get thse to my brand new vista computer with windows
mail?

Huh? pst files are not from Outlook Express but from Outlook. Outlook Express will have dbx files

As Peter says, a .PST file is from Microsoft Office Outlook, not from
Outlook Express. To move Outlook email messages to Windows Mail, first move
them to Outlook Express on your old computer, move the Outlook Express .DBX
files to your new Vista computer, then move them into Windows Mail:
