PST file size Problem

I know someone must have had this problem before, so I
hope someone can give me an idea how to fix it.
Personal Folder (.pst) size is beyond the 2 Gig limit.
The message box pops up and says Shift+Del items to make
room. But when I select any item with Shift+Del, it says
the maximum limit has been reached and can't do it.

Is there a file system I can export to, so that I can cut
some of the files down? I've tried Write and it doesnt
help.

How can I access Custom MIME Headers fields ?

Are the named properties sended as custom fields ? If not, how can I
add a custom field ?

Microsoft has a tool that will remove a little data to get the file small enough so you can use it again. See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/repair2gbpst.htm
