PST file password recovery

If someone is trying to access thier pst file and it is telling them that it
is password but they do not know what the password is, how can we retrieve
that password.

Is this person trying to open a pst file directly? Tell them they must use
File, Open Outlook Data file from within Outlook. If it's a copied file or on
removable media, make sure it's copied to the hard drive with Read Only
properties removed first.
