pst file for outlook express

I am replacing an old computer with a new one. I want all the outlook express messages (iincluding folder structures) and the contacts to move from the old computer to the new one. Is there a .pst file on the old computer that I can simply copy from the old computer, and paste someplace on the new computer?

Pst-files are for Microsoft Office Outlook dbx-files are for Outlook
Express.

For Outlook Express; ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft
Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
