pst backup

How can I get the Personal Folders Backup utility to backup multiple pst
files. Our issue is we have users that are on the same pc and multiple
profiles within outlook. This utility will only allow to back up one
profile's pst files in outlook. Is there way or another utility that will
give us this funtionality.

Are you saying the utility is only installed/menu option on a single OL
profile?

Try adding manually,
Tools/Options/Other/Advanced/Coms
add, browse to location of outbak.dll (usually Office/Plugins)
Close OL then re open.

I would very much like to have the obvious feedback to this post. Does
this suggestion work?

(The idea of pointing the system to something which I pecieve as dangerous
as a .dll file fills me with apprehension . . . .)

Well unless the Backup Addin is added/shown in addins - the addin is a dll
file - it wont work

It was not quite that straight forward but I got the gist of it, and BINGO
the backup option appeared and seems to be working. . . .
