Proxy server with Authentication

Looking for the Proxy Server to connect our mainframe with Internet via my
own PC. For years Analogx Proxy server done it well till now when they put
Proxy Authentication on company Proxy. So I'm looking good alternative for
Analogx with Authentication option to put on my PC.
The Software that I already tried:
- Etlin HTTP proxy - not respond when I try to connect my PC from Host.
- CCProxy - failed

Do you need a proxy server that can require a username and password based
restriction/authentication? Or do you need a proxy server that can connect
to another proxy server that uses authentication itself?
